I moved into a 10x20 unit 5 months ago and chose it because the rates were very competitive, the facility was new, and location was easily accessible. I recently had an issue with my invoicing and the location manager and the district manager acted quickly and professionally to get the issued resolved. Very pleased.

Just signed up for a unit so can only report on the quality of the 'sign-up process' service provided when initially renting it, and on the appearance of the unit - both which were excellent. Carolyn saved/reserved a unit for us a week or so back and when I cam back to lock it in she remembered my name and was very polite, professional, and efficient in handling the paperwork. So far everything about this (our first time) is top shelf.

Had a great experience here. A women named carolyn was so helpful. She showed me two different units. Gave me helpful tips so I could fit everything. She went thur all the paper work with me and called after I moved everything to make sure everything went well.
